ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Taylor — therapist, cycle breaker, and human being navigating this life right alongside you.
I understand what it’s like to rebuild your life from the inside out.
I’ve been in the mental health field for more than twelve years and have been practicing psychotherapy for over a decade. My clinical experience includes psychiatric hospitals, residential programs, and community outpatient settings — walking with people through some of their hardest moments.
For the past four years, I’ve been in private practice, offering individualized care rooted in depth, compassion, and nervous system healing.
My path has also included the mind and body in more ways than one. I once owned a fitness studio, where I coached people through transformations that reached far beyond physical strength. That time deepened my belief that healing is never just cognitive — it lives in breath, in the body, and in the parts of us we learned to silence to survive.
"My work sits at the intersection of lived experience and clinical training. I support people who look 'put together' on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit who they’re becoming."
I’ve been through my own seasons of burnout, endings, and rebirth — learning to choose myself again and again.
In sessions, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), somatic therapy, and attachment healing. I help you reconnect with the parts of you that learned to over-function, stay small, or prioritize everyone else’s comfort over your own. These parts weren’t failures — they were strategies that kept you safe. Together, we’ll help them soften and make space for the grounded, self-led version of you underneath.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative. I bring evidence-based tools, but also the perspective of someone who has done the deep inner work themselves.
If you’re ready to feel more at home in your body and aligned with your truth, I’d love to support you.
"The most radical thing you can do is stop fighting the parts of you that are hurting, and start listening to them instead."
- Taylor
